David Hensley is a Service-Connected Disabled Veteran, former Navy servicemember, and experienced safety professional with more than 24 years of direct safety experience across construction, industrial, and corporate environments.
As President of Hensley Consulting Services Inc., David specializes in OSHA compliance, construction safety management, workforce training, and risk mitigation. He holds the CHST (Construction Health and Safety Technician) certification and has completed OSHA 500 and OSHA 510 training.
Known for a practical, hands-on leadership style, David has built a reputation for helping organizations strengthen safety culture, improve compliance, and reduce workplace risk while maintaining operational efficiency. His military background continues to shape his disciplined, mission-focused approach to safety consulting and client support.
Brandi Hensley, Chief Executive Assistant
Brandi Hensley serves as Executive Assistant to the CEO at HCSI Inc., bringing over 15 years of experience in occupational health, safety, and workforce culture. OSHA 510 certified with a Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, she plays a key role in supporting nationwide operations and executive leadership.
Known for her strong discernment and ability to assess situations quickly, Brandi helps drive accountability, communication, and operational consistency across HCSI. She is instrumental in corporate coordination, client relations, and maintaining the high standards that define HCSI as a leader in safety consulting and emergency response services.
